FAQs
What happens after I order?
Once you complete your payment, we will email you a questionnaire to fill out. Try to tell us as much as possible about your recipient so that Santa can create a truly customized letter.
Do you ship internationally?
For shipments outside of Hong Kong, please contact us at hello@zingrocks.com.
How will the package arrive?
The letter, the envelope, and the decorative trimmings will all arrive in discreet packaging. You may then assemble the letter as you wish - either by inserting it into the North Pole stamped envelope we enclose, or roll it up and tie it with twine and attach to a present.
What happens if the letter doesn’t arrive?
If you don’t receive the letter by December 15, please let us know at hello@zingrocks.com right away so that we can send you a replacement asap.
Do you have nice certificates?
We believe every child is nice and deserves a personalized letter from Santa. If they have achieved something special this year, tell us in the questionnaire that we send you after you complete your order, and Santa will be sure to include that in the letter.

Santa. But he does get busy at times, so he gets a little help from the expert writers at his specialty writing studio.
