Our normal office hours are Monday to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays, from 9:00am – 6:00pm.

Our standard delivery time per language is 2 business days for up to 250 words, or 4 days for up to 500 words, and so on. All assignments requiring delivery before this standard schedule will incur a rushed charge on top of the original quoted price:

• Within 2 working days: 20% 

• Same business day: 50%

• Outside business hours*: 100% 

*Includes overnight, weekend and public holidays

• Within 16 business hours: 2x credits

• Within same business day or within 8 business hours*: 2x credits + 1 additional credit deduction

• Outside business hours**: 3x credits
